Background The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is issuing this solicitation for a Device Inspection and Service Plan to ensure the operational integrity of specific laboratory equipment. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive inspection and service for a BD FACSMelody and FACStation, which are critical for research activities at the USDA facility located in Wyndmoor, PA.
