Background The Colorado Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide prepared and catered meals for unit annual training at Camp Dodge, Iowa. The goal of this contract is to ensure that soldiers receive nutritious meals during their training period, which aligns with the Army's commitment to maintaining the health and readiness of its personnel. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials (including plates, utensils, and to-go boxes), supervision, and quality control for meal delivery. Meals must meet specific nutritional guidelines as outlined in the solicitation. The contractor will deliver meals to the Sustainment Training Center (STC) at Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center. The meals must include: - Breakfast: Two eggs with gravy or French toast/waffles/pancakes, bacon or sausage, bread with butter, breakfast potatoes, one fresh fruit, beverages (juice/coffee/milk), and condiments. - Lunch: Meat/protein (5-6.5 ounces), starch (rice/pasta/potatoes), mixed salad with toppings and dressings, hot vegetables, bread/dinner rolls/breadsticks, dessert options, beverages (tea/lemonade/Kool-Aid), and condiments. - Dinner: Similar requirements as lunch with additional emphasis on variety in protein sources and side dishes.
