Background Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, G-4, Distribution Management Office (DMO) is responsible for providing traffic management services to all service members and tenant commands in the area. The DMO has an ongoing requirement to provide storage for personally owned vehicles (POV) for deploying service members aboard Camp Lejeune and its satellite activities deploying for 90 or more days, including Camp Johnson, Camp Geiger, Marine Corps Air Station New River, and Stone Bay. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to store POVs owned by deploying service members in a safe, secure storage area within the Contractor's facility located within 15 driving miles of CLNC Front Gate. The facility must be ready to accept a maximum of 1,200 vehicles within 30 days of contract award and provide towing services and minor maintenance. Services include: 1. Secured storage and maintenance of Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs), including minimal monthly maintenance to keep vehicles operational. 2. Towing services for removing/towing POVs from the Contractor's facility to designated areas. 3. Monthly billing based on the number of vehicles stored, with specific rates depending on the quantity of vehicles (1-100, 1-250, etc.). 4. Compliance with safety/security requirements including fencing, lighting, video surveillance, and insurance coverage for vehicle loss or damage. Period of Performance Base Year: 01 June 2026 - 31 May 2027; Option Year 1: 01 June 2027 - 31 May 2028; Option Year 2: 01 June 2028 - 31 May 2029; Option Year 3: 01 June 2029 - 31 May 2030; Option Year 4: 01 June 2030 - 31 May 2031. Place of Performance The storage facility must be located within 15 driving miles of the CLNC Front Gate (Holcomb Boulevard).
