Classroom Supplies

Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for classroom supplies. This contract aims to provide necessary educational materials to support the city's educational initiatives. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who quotes all items specified in the solicitation.

Work Details

The seller must provide a complete list of classroom supplies as specified in PHLContracts. All products must be delivered at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point. Sellers are required to quote on all items specified unless otherwise indicated. Alternate products may be offered but must include a complete description for consideration. The total amount of the quote shall not exceed $43,000, which may increase annually based on CPI-U adjustments.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice or other act of the City.

Place of Performance

Delivery locations will be determined by the City of Philadelphia as specified in individual Purchase Orders issued under this contract.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to be considered responsive. Additionally, bidders must not have any outstanding debts to the City of Philadelphia and are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Insurance requirements include General Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $500,000 per occurrence.
