Background

The Pathways Program, part of the Augusta County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, is seeking proposals for a targeted direct mail outreach campaign aimed at increasing awareness of its diversion program within the Staunton–Augusta–Waynesboro (SAW) region. Additional responsibilities include: - Printing high-quality mailers suitable for bulk distribution with full-color printing on durable paper stock. - Coordinating direct mail distribution across the SAW region based on demographic guidance from Pathways staff. - Providing documentation of total units printed and distributed, geographic coverage, estimated delivery timelines, and optional tracking mechanisms such as QR codes.
