Odor Control Scrubbant Recirculation Pump - YRTP

Background

The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of an Odor Control Scrubbant Recirculation Pump to support operations at the York River Treatment Plant. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable supply of equipment that meets specified performance standards, ensuring effective odor control in wastewater treatment processes.

Work Details

The contractor shall supply and deliver one Fybroc Pump Model 1500 (or approved equal), with specifications including a 4x6x10 configuration and a 10.75" impeller. This pump is intended for replacement of an existing scrubber recirculation pump with serial number 004699. The contractor must adhere to all attached specifications, line-item descriptions, submittal requirements, terms, and conditions outlined in the solicitation. Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall be a NOT TO EXCEED amount.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and continue until the delivery of the specified pump is completed, with no specific duration provided in the solicitation.

The delivery location for the pump is the York River Treatment Plant, located at 515 Back Creek Road, Seaford, VA 23696.

Bidder Requirements
