Background

The Bibb County School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Dell Computers for the 2026-2027 school year. The district comprises 38 school locations and aims to procure technology resources as needed through this Request for Quotes (RFQ). The goal is to establish a reliable vendor relationship for future purchases.

Work Details

The RFQ seeks pricing on three different models of Dell computers, specifically: 1. Dell Pro 27 Plus Monitor - P2725H 2. Dell Pro 16" Plus with Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 238V, Windows 11 Pro, and various specifications including 32 GB LPDDR5x RAM, 512 GB SSD, and integrated graphics. 3. Dell Pro Max Tower T2 with Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 265K, Windows 11 Pro, and other specified components. The district will place orders on an as-needed basis and requires official quotes when requested. Pricing should include shipping and handling charges if applicable.

Period of Performance

The contract term will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with an option for renewal for up to four additional years.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the Bibb County School District locations in Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must register online via the Bonfire portal to submit proposals. All communication regarding the RFQ must be directed to Dr. Elaine M. Wilson via email only. Bidders are expected to provide complete proposals that meet all specifications outlined in the RFQ.
