Pad Mount Transformers

Background

The City of Albany is seeking bids for the procurement of pad mount transformers for its Utility Operations Department. The goal of this contract is to supply the necessary electrical equipment to support the city's utility operations effectively.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of twelve (12) 100KVA 120/140 pad transformers and three (3) 167KVA 120/140 pad transformers. Bidders must include any freight fees in their proposals. Units must be of an equivalent make/model with the required maximum apparent power capacity as specified. Additionally, bidders are required to submit manufacturer specifications, a statement of warranty, and estimated delivery times for each item bid.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed upon award and is expected to be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of notification of award, unless otherwise noted on the bid sheet.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to the Finance - Warehouse located at 1726 Lily Pond Rd, Albany, GA 31701.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide their federal tax ID number, corporate seal, a copy of the Secretary of State’s Certificate of Incorporation, and a listing of the principals of the corporation with their bid. The City encourages participation from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Small Business firms. All bidders must also comply with Georgia's security and immigration compliance requirements.
