Background

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of one (1) Utility Transport Vehicle (UTV), specifically a 4-door, 6-person, 4WD model as per specification UTV-1537. The vehicle must meet minimum specifications including: - A diesel engine with at least 22 HP - Four-wheel drive capability - A fully enclosed cab with poly doors - Necessary safety features such as LED lighting and seat belts for all passengers. Additional optional items include an electric gate broadcast spreader, a heavy-duty snowplow, and various accessories related to snow removal operations.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to be performed upon acceptance of the bid, with delivery times specified as Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the vehicle is the Fleet Services Department at 2207 Edison Street, Ames, IA 50010.

Bidder Requirements
