Online Platform - Digital Learning for Grades 6-12

Background

The Bibb County School District is soliciting proposals for an Online Digital Learning Platform aimed at providing a curriculum for grades 6-12, focusing on core subjects, electives, and credit recovery. The district comprises 38 school locations and aims to enhance educational outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged students. The contract's goal is to implement a high-quality online learning solution that aligns with Georgia standards and NCAA regulations.

Work Details

The selected vendor will provide an Online Digital Learning Platform that includes: 1. Courses aligned to Georgia standards with a course list detailing titles and corresponding Georgia DOE course numbers. 2. Proof of NCAA approval for student athletes and accreditation by Cognia or similar agencies. 3. Coursework options for both initial credit and credit recovery, including support from vendor-provided teachers. 4. Integration details with Infinite Campus and Classlink, along with AI support for feedback and academic integrity monitoring. 5. Immediate feedback mechanisms for students, support for non-English speakers, and information on video lesson development. 6. A pricing structure that includes site licenses for traditional high schools, virtual school options, professional learning plans, and summer school program costs if applicable.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the Bibb County School District in Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must demonstrate a record of successful performance in improving educational outcomes for disadvantaged students and provide evidence of their ability to meet all specified requirements outlined in the RFP.
