Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to manage and perform Assembly, Installation, and Testing of 10-Ton Wallace Gantry Crane w/Hoist Services for 76th ORD, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 01 June 2026 ? 30 June 2026. Background The 76th Ordnance Regiment (ORD) at Fort Bragg, NC, is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for the assembly, installation, and testing of a 10-ton Wallace Gantry Crane with hoist. This crane is essential for the maintenance support of Nuclear Biological Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicles (NBCRVs) to ensure they are operational and mission-ready. The CECS East facility at Fort Bragg has purchased the crane unassembled and lacks the necessary equipment and expertise to assemble it safely, which poses potential safety hazards. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to manage and perform the following tasks: 1. Assembly of the 10-ton Wallace Gantry Crane with electric/chain hoist. 2. Pre-operational inspection of the crane. 3. Load testing and certification of the crane to ensure compliance with OSHA & ASME standards as well as state and federal regulations. 4. Provision of safety and compliance documentation related to the crane's operation. 5. Supply of all fuel, lubricants, and fluids required for any motorized equipment used during contract performance. Place of Performance The services will be performed at CECS East, 2870 Lewis St, Building A-6990, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
