Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is seeking quotes for the maintenance of shredders. The goal of this contract is to ensure that shredders are properly maintained to support the city's operational needs.

Work Details

The contractor will provide maintenance services for shredders, which may include routine inspections, repairs, and parts replacement as necessary. Period of Performance

The contract will commence on the effective date specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter.

Services will be performed at various locations within the City of Philadelphia as designated by the Procurement Department.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. The total amount of the quote shall be less than $43,000. Bidders should also confirm their status as a Local Business Entity (LBE) if applicable.
