CWR IT Equipment

Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for IT equipment. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary IT equipment in a manner that is efficient and cost-effective, ensuring that the City can meet its operational needs. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, either as a whole or by line item, depending on what is deemed in the best interest of the City.

Work Details

The seller must provide quotes for all items listed in the solicitation to be eligible for award. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point. The total amount of the quote shall not exceed $43,000, which may be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U). Sellers may propose alternate products equal in quality but must provide complete descriptions for consideration. The successful seller will be required to supply the exact items specified unless an acceptable alternate is proposed.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the effective date specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for all products will be specified by the City of Philadelphia at the time of order.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. This agreement must be completed and submitted either at registration or as an attachment to the first quote submitted. Bidders are also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including non-discrimination policies outlined in Chapter 17-400 of The Philadelphia Code.
