452 MXS High Reach Lifts Service

Description of Services/Introduction

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, additional facilities, transportation, and all other non-personal services necessary to perform frequent, annual, preventive maintenance, and repairs as required on the five (5) aerial lifts listed above. The contractor shall perform all services to the standards set forth in this contract and in accordance with each manufacturer's specific guidelines. GENERAL: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide recurring inspections and maintenance for the following five (5) aerial lifts for the 452d Maintenance Squadron (452 MXS): - One Genie S-80X High Reach (Serial# S80X13-10285) - One JLG 1250AJP High Reach (Serial# 0300123488) - One JLG 800S High Reach (Serial# 0300105418) - Two JLG 2646ES Scissor Lifts (Serial# 0200158701 and 0200158552)
