Electrical Services Job Order Contract

Work Requested

The County of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive electrical services under a Job Order Contract (JOC). The selected Respondent(s) will be responsible for performing a range of electrical work as specified in the Scope of Work outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). All Respondents must demonstrate the ability to meet the minimum qualifications and requirements detailed in the RFP and be fully capable of delivering the required services.

Requesting Agency

This solicitation is issued by OC Public Works, on behalf of the County of Orange (referred to as County ).

Background

The County is initiating this solicitation to establish a Job Order Contract for electrical services. The intent is to engage qualified firms through a competitive process to ensure the County's ongoing and future electrical service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Contract Requirements

Respondents must meet all minimum qualifications and requirements as specified in the RFP. Firms must be capable of providing all services identified in the Scope of Work. All work must comply with the standards and specifications set forth by the County. The proposed schedule for the RFP process is subject to change. Any updates will be communicated to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal .

Instructions on Submission

This is a fully electronic Request for Proposals. All proposals must be submitted online via the County's online bidding system. Only electronic submissions will be accepted; facsimile and e-mail proposals will NOT be considered.
