Work Details The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, materials, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on government-owned washers and dryers located in specified dormitory buildings at Travis AFB. Key tasks include: - Conducting quarterly preventive maintenance inspections on all units. - Performing routine repairs on washers, dryers, lint traps, and dryer vents. - Cleaning lint traps, exhaust ducts, and inspecting dryer venting systems to prevent fire hazards. - Checking electrical connections and ensuring proper operation of all units. - Lubricating moving parts as per manufacturer recommendations. - Developing a repair-sequencing plan to ensure no equipment is out of service for more than three days. - Submitting service reports within five days of completion of work.
