OTIS Projector

Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for the OTIS Projector. This procurement aims to acquire necessary equipment to support the City's operational needs. The selected vendor must provide quality products at competitive prices.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of OTIS Projectors. Sellers must quote all items listed in the solicitation to be eligible for award. The total amount of any quote must be less than $43,000, which may be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U). All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point. Quotes must include unit costs for each item specified and may include alternate products if a complete description is provided. The successful seller will be required to supply the exact items as specified unless an acceptable alternate is offered.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance

Products are to be delivered to designated locations within the City of Philadelphia as specified in individual Purchase Orders.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to be considered responsive. The City reserves the right to reject any quotes that do not comply with this requirement. Additionally, vendors must not have any outstanding debts owed to the City of Philadelphia and must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
