Background

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the purchase and removal of a house located on state-owned real estate in Elk Rock State Park, Marion County, Iowa. Work Details

The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete removal of the house located at the specified address. The structure must be removed no later than December 1, 2026. The successful bidder has the option to take or leave an attached porch and LP tank. Additionally, any tree removal or trimming must be approved by DNR staff during the removal process.
