Traffic Control Supplies Annual Contract

Background

Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to provide traffic control supplies under an annual contract. The goal is to award one vendor to perform all required services for the Hall County Public Works & Utilities Department.

Work Details

The contractor will provide traffic control supplies including but not limited to: 1. Signs and blanks made of 0.080 aluminum, with sheeting and lettering compliant with Georgia Department of Transportation specifications. 2. Street sign blanks must be extruded aluminum, 9" wide, with specific thickness and hole requirements. 3. All signs must be packaged appropriately for delivery, sorted by type and labeled with the MUTCD number and quantity. 4. Delivery of all posts on an open flat-bed trailer. 5. All quoted products must be new and unused.

Period of Performance

The contract will begin upon execution and remain in effect until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of four annual renewals under the same terms.

Place of Performance

All deliveries will be made to Hall County Public Works & Utilities Department, Traffic Engineering Division, Sign Shop located at 1685 Barber Rd., Gainesville, GA 30507.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. They must also submit a total of four hard copies of their bid response along with a USB drive containing the same information. Required documents include a Bid Response Form, Contract for Services, Cost Proposal Worksheet, W-9 Form, E-Verify Affidavit, Ethics Affidavit, business license copy, certificate of insurance, and any applicable professional licenses or certifications.
