Bottled Water Services

Background

Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to provide bottled water services. The goal is to award one vendor to perform all services required under this contract, which aims to supply multiple County divisions and departments with bottled water.

Work Details

The contractor will deliver and install approximately 50 water coolers/dispensers for about 26 County departments by July 10, 2026. The coolers must be full-size, free-standing, Underwriter Lab approved, operating on 120 volt electrical service. They should preferably be ENERGY STAR certified and must not contain lead or lead-based solder. Additionally, the contractor will provide approximately 500 five-gallon bottles of potable spring water each month on an as-needed basis. All bottled water must comply with state and federal regulations and be packaged in returnable/reusable containers. Deliveries are to be made inside each department during normal business hours with itemized receipts required for each delivery.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and remain in effect until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of four annual renewals.

Place of Performance

Deliveries will be made to various departments located throughout Hall County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. They must also have no history of being barred by any authority or involved in legal suits for negligence or misconduct.
