Period of Performance

The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and delivery by May 21, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including: - A minimum warranty of seven (7) years for frames and five (5) years for parts and labor is required for all items. - All bidders must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System prior to submission of bids. - Vendors must submit Revenue Form 10A100 if applicable for Kentucky tax registration before contract award.
