Work Details

The selected organization will be responsible for providing full-service age group competitive swimming, including but not limited to managing swim team operations, scheduling usage of the aquatic center (minimum of three lanes required, maximum of twelve lanes), conducting training sessions, and facilitating competitions. The organization must submit a recreational program concept detailing the number of swimmers, lane requirements during peak hours (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM), and any additional services such as instructional programs or lifeguard training. They must maintain insurance for all participants and comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

Period of Performance

The initial contract will be for one year from the date of execution, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. Renewal decisions will be made 60 days prior to expiration.
