Elementary Roof Replacement

Work Details

The project consists of a single prime contract that includes: selective demolition, installation of EPDM fully adhered rubber roofing, insulation, metal coping and trims, and roof curbs. Specific materials include .090" Platinum EPDM membrane, .060" RubberGard membrane or QuickSeam bonding adhesive, and various flashing components. The contractor must ensure compliance with applicable building codes and utilize E-Verify for employment eligibility verification.

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe following the bid acceptance on May 28, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a certified check or bank draft equal to 10% of the total bid amount or a satisfactory Bid Bond. A Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount is required within 20 calendar days post-award. Compliance with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage laws is mandatory. Bidders must also include a Non-Collusion Affidavit with their submission.
