Bidder Requirements

Bidders must hold either a Georgia State Contractor's License or a Georgia State Utility Contractor's License. Bids must include a bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid amount. Proposals must also display the bidder's license or qualification number on the outside of the sealed proposal.
