Portable Toilet Rental

Background

Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to provide Portable Toilet Rentals. The goal is to award one vendor to perform all services required under this contract. This initiative aims to support various Hall County departments with necessary sanitation facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide rental services for standard portable toilets at multiple locations within Hall County, including: 1) Lula Refuse Transfer Site, 2) Tadmore Refuse Transfer Site, 3) Balus Creek Refuse Transfer Site, 4) Candler Refuse Transfer Site, 5) Gaines Ferry Refuse Transfer Site, 6) Sardis Refuse Transfer Site, 7) Wauka Mountain Refuse Transfer Site, 8) Murrayville Refuse Transfer Site, 9) Blackshear Place Refuse Transfer Site, and 10) Hall County Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility. The contract will be for a guaranteed bid price over a period of 12 months starting upon execution and lasting until June 30, 2027. The successful bidder may also have the option for two annual one-year renewals under the same terms.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will be effective until June 30, 2027. There are options for two annual one-year renewals.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various refuse transfer sites and the Hall County Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility located in Gainesville and surrounding areas in Hall County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. They must also provide a letter of bondability with their bid submissions. Bidders are required to submit two hard copies of their bid response along with a USB drive containing their proposal. All bids must include completed forms such as Exhibit A (Bid Response Form), Exhibit B (Contract for Services), Exhibit C (Cost Proposal Worksheet), and other necessary documentation like business licenses and certificates of insurance.
