Period of Performance The initial term of the contract is one year, commencing within ten calendar days after receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The contract may be automatically renewed for four successive one-year terms unless terminated earlier as per contract provisions. Place of Performance The services will be performed within Clayton County, Georgia. Bidder Requirements Proponents must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing debris removal services. They are required to submit documentation proving their authority to conduct business in Georgia, including valid business licenses and any necessary professional licenses. Additionally, compliance with bonding and insurance requirements outlined in Appendix B is mandatory, along with adherence to the Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) program guidelines.
