Background The Iowa Army National Guard is issuing this contract to support the 2/34 IBCT Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event. The YRRP aims to inform service members and their families about available assistance and services, ensuring their readiness and resiliency during deployment and separation. The Warrior and Family Services Branch (WFSB) serves as a support network for families of Army and Air National Guard members, especially during increased military activity and deployments. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary for the Yellow Ribbon Event. Specific tasks include: 1. Provide 50 non-smoking sleeping rooms with two beds each for the night of July 31, 2026. 2. Provide meeting spaces that may be co-located with lodging or within a half-mile distance. 3. Set up a registration area with three skirted 6-foot tables and six chairs on July 31 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on August 1 from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 4. Create a resource area with twelve skirted tables spaced six feet apart for comfortable movement. 5. Designate an on-site point of contact throughout the event duration to troubleshoot audio-visual issues. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of two days, specifically from July 31 to August 1, 2026. Place of Performance The event will take place within a twenty-five mile radius of 4540 Melrose Ave, Iowa City, IA 52246.
