Background The project is issued by the ROICC Camp Lejeune, which is part of the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. The mission of this contract is to perform flooring repairs across multiple buildings within the base, specifically targeting the removal and replacement of carpet and vinyl cove base in designated areas. The goal is to ensure that the flooring meets current specifications and standards while maintaining a safe and functional environment for personnel. Work Details The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the following tasks: 1. Building 24, Room 210: Demo approximately 288 sq ft of carpet and 110 LF of vinyl cove base; prep floor and apply approximately 288 sq ft of floor sealer; install approximately 288 SF of carpet (Tarkett Abrasive Action 19101 Midnight Blue or equivalent) and approximately 110 LF of vinyl cove base matching existing. 2. Building 1011, Rooms 202, 203, 206, 208, 209, 210: Demo approximately 2585 SF of carpet and 546 LF of vinyl cove base; prep floor and apply approx. 2585 SF of floor sealer; install approx. 2585 SF of carpet (Tarkett Abrasive Action 19101 Midnight Blue or equivalent) and 546 LF of vinyl cove base matching existing. 3. Building 8 (Command Deck, Meeting Room, offices, S4 wing): Demo approximately 26,000 SF of carpet and 3,240 LF of vinyl cove base; prep floor and apply approximately 26,000 SF of floor sealer; install approximately 26,000 SF of carpet (Tarkett Abrasive Action Winter Grey 19103 or equivalent) and vinyl cove base matching existing. The contractor must take their own field measurements for determining required materials and costs. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period that extends until March 27, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Buildings 24, 1011, and 8 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
