Contractor shall be minimum level 1 certified with Vertiv (manufacturer) to service equipment.

Background The 180th Fighter Wing facility requires the contractor to perform refrigerant circuit repairs on two Liebert cooling units (Model: DS105AUA1SI036S). The existing units have been identified with multiple refrigerant leaks and failing components, which compromise their cooling efficiency and reliability. The goal of this contract is to restore these units to full operational capacity and prevent potential damage to the equipment they service. The contractor must be certified at a minimum level 1 by Vertiv, the manufacturer of the equipment. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Repair refrigerant leaks and replace failed components on two Liebert cooling units identified as U2U-2 and UU2-1. 2. Recover existing refrigerant from the units. 3. Replace specified Schrader cores, boltover cores, and liquid line filter driers. 4. Repair a leak on circuit 2 piping. 5. Perform pressure and vacuum tests to verify system integrity before recharging both units with new R-407C refrigerant. 6. Commission the systems to ensure they are fully operational upon completion of repairs. Period of Performance The Period of Performance is from April 27, 2026, to May 18, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at building 158 at the 180th Fighter Wing facility located at 2660 S. Eber Rd., Swanton, OH 43558.
