Septic Replacement - Nikiski North Star Elementary School

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB26-031 SEPTIC REPLACEMENT NIKISKI NORTH STAR ELEMENTARY. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to demo and replace septic tank, lift station and leach field per contract documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Nikiski North Star Elementary, 45600 Holt Lamplight, Nikiski Alaska on April 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
