Mendendhall Wastewater Treatment Plant Structural and Life Safety Assessment

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide a campus structural corrosion and life safety assessment, including a report and recommendations, for the Mendenhall Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) Structural and Life Safety Assessment project. Tasks include gathering and reviewing documentation on existing conditions; perform field inspections, and a detailed structural corrosion and life safety assessment; and design of repairs based on the outcome of the assessment and on input from City and Borough of Juneau.
