Background The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army Health Readiness Contracting Office for the provision of Complete Blood Count (CBC) testing equipment and accessories on a Cost per Reportable Result (CPRR) basis. The goal is to enhance the capabilities of the Womack Army Medical Center and associated clinics at Fort Bragg, NC, ensuring they have access to modern hematology automation systems and reagents necessary for effective medical diagnostics. Work Details The contractor shall provide services including personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items necessary to deliver hematology automation systems and reagents. Key deliverables include: - **Complete Blood Count w/Differential**: 15,625 units for Womack Army Medical Center. - **Reticulocyte Count Panel**: 300 units for Womack Army Medical Center. - **Body Fluid Cell Count**: 90 units for Womack Army Medical Center. - **Complete Blood Count w/Differential**: 3,000 units for Clark Clinic. The automation system must include: - Two automated CBC analytical systems at each location (Womack Army Medical Center, Clark Health Clinic, Robinson Health Clinic). - Peripherals such as UPS, computers, printers, barcode scanners. - Installation of a slide maker/stainer and a digital cell imager at Womack Army Medical Center. All analyzers must be fully automated with a minimum capacity of 50 tests per hour and capable of interfacing with the military hospital computer system (MHS Genesis).
