Background This requirement is for a Keysight brandname digital multimeter, specifically the Part Number 3458A. The contract is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Product Test Center, which focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of defense-related products. The goal of this contract is to procure high-precision digital multimeters that meet specific technical specifications for use at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. Work Details The contractor shall provide three (3) new Keysight 3458A digital multimeters with the following salient characteristics: 1. New, not refurbished. 2. Supplied with an operating manual. 3. At least 8.5 digit precision. 4. Minimum accuracy of 8ppm. 5. Measurable to 1kV, 1GΩ, 1.5A peak, and 2MHz. 6. Capability to measure 2-wire and 4-wire Ohm resistance, AC voltage and current, DC voltage and current, frequency, and period. 7. Use of front-unit and rear-unit input terminals required. 8. Must include a NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate and ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data and uncertainties. 9. Must be a drop-in replacement for the current digital multimeter compatible with custom software created by EPTC. 10. Included accessories must consist of a power cord. Required upgrades include a GPIB Interface. Period of Performance Delivery is required within 30 days from the date of award. Place of Performance The instrument shall be delivered to Defense Supply Center Columbus, located at 300 North James Road, Bldg 17-3, Columbus, Ohio 43213.
