Work Details The contractor is required to deliver a web-based data management software system that includes the following functionalities: 1. Direct interfacing with point of care instruments for immediate access to patient results; 2. Capability to create device-specific competency tests and generic quizzes for device operators; 3. A single screen interface for managing device operators, patient results, quality control data, and reports; 4. Manual test entry feature for users to input test results directly into the Military Health System - Genesis (MHS-G); 5. Maintenance and service responsibilities including unscheduled and preventive maintenance for all equipment; 6. Training for personnel on the use of the software system; 7. Compliance with security protocols and regulations regarding personal health information. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a 12-month period, with options for renewal or extension as specified in the solicitation.
