Enterprise Compliance and Accountability - Design a comprehensive compliance framework; ensure adherence to regulations; establish monitoring systems. 4. Risk Identification and Mitigation - Identify emerging risks; develop strategies to mitigate risk. 5. Policy and Advocacy Alignment - Monitor legislative developments; advise on implications of policy shifts. 6. Ethical Leadership and Institutional Integrity - Promote ethics, transparency, and accountability; serve as a steward of public trust. 7. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or have the ability to obtain such licensure. A minimum of 10–15 years of senior legal, compliance, or governance experience is required, along with experience advising executive leadership or governing boards.
