Work Details The contract involves providing executive recruitment services for the CLCAO position. The responsibilities of the CLCAO include: 1. Governance Advisory and Board Support - Serve as the primary advisor on legal, compliance, and governance matters; translate complex legal issues into actionable guidance; support policy development; ensure decisions are legally grounded. 2.
