The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing for annual general routine maintenance for Automatic Transfer Switches located in various State Government Buildings. Work Details The contract involves providing annual routine maintenance services for Automatic Transfer Switches at specified locations including the downtown Raleigh State Governmental Complex, Blue Ridge Road Area Facilities, and the State Crime Lab on Tryon Road. The vendor must furnish all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, and materials. Routine maintenance will be performed annually per NFPA 110 A 8.3.5 guidelines. Specific tasks include: - Taking voltage and current readings - Performing thermal scans - Inspecting hardware for carbon tracking - Vacuuming ATS enclosures - Checking settings and backup batteries - Ensuring proper operation of the switches.
