Career Pathway Programs for Clinical Support Roles

Background

The State of Delaware, through its Department of Health and Social Services, is seeking to engage a Vendor to provide professional services related to Career Pathway Programs for Clinical Support Roles. The goal of this contract is to enhance the workforce in clinical support roles by providing necessary training and support services.

Work Details

The Vendor shall perform services as specified in the Appendices attached to this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to: 1. Providing training programs tailored for clinical support roles. 2. Developing curriculum and instructional materials that align with state health standards. 3. Offering ongoing support and resources for participants in the training programs. 4. Conducting assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided. 5. Collaborating with Delaware's Department of Health and Social Services to ensure program compliance with state regulations.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a specified number of years, with options for renewal as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily within the State of Delaware, with potential for remote training sessions depending on program requirements.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be properly licensed and authorized to conduct business in the State of Delaware as per 30 Del. C. § 2101. Additionally, Vendors are required to maintain compliance with SAM registration requirements for federal grants and must provide a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Vendors must also carry appropriate insurance coverage including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Automotive Liability, and any necessary Professional Liability insurance.
