Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the installation of a diesel standby generator at the Tooele Air Center. Providing equipment specifications for a 60-kW diesel generator with enclosure, fuel tank (minimum 8-hour runtime), and accessories; 3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards; 7. Overseeing operator training.
