Extension for Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Coverage for UCS Employees and Retirees

Supplemental life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for Unified Court System (UCS) employees and retirees, including judges, justices, unrepresented non-judicial employees, and eligible UCS retirees. This request seeks approval of a fourth and final one-year extension of Contract C501108A for the period January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, to ensure continuity of these employee benefit coverages pending implementation of a new competitively procured multi-year contract.
