Background The 270th CAOS RAPCON is seeking a pre-fabricated structure to house communications equipment. This request is part of market research and is not a solicitation for proposals. The information gathered will be used solely for government purposes, and no binding contract will result from this sources sought notice. Work Details The contract involves the delivery and installation of one pre-fabricated shelter with the following specifications: - Dimensions: Minimum of 12'W x 20'L x 10'H - Lockable double door: Minimum 6' wide - Roof: Rated greater than or equal to 36 psf Distributed Roof Load Rating with Duro-Last roof membrane over flat concrete deck - Interior walls and door construction: Fire rating of not less than one hour - Interior walls: 4-inch-high base board, one-hour fire rated - Floor: 200 psf distributed load rating - Insulation: Must be suitable for local climate - Roof thermal resistance: Minimum R30 rating - Exterior color: Tan - Wall and ceiling material: 3/4” White HDPE Finished Plywood Paneling - Flooring: Light colored vinyl - Mechanical cooling capacity: Minimum of 12,000 BTUs, external wall mounted - Heating capabilities: Equivalent to 4000W electric heat - Electrical panel: Minimum 200 Amp main breaker panel with 3 phase 120/208 VAC, 60 Hz input; includes MIL-DTL-22992 Class L bulkhead male plug for UPS/Generator system; must have a 200 Amp disconnect switch - Internal wiring support: Must include a 2” Rail Steel Cable Ladder tray, interior ceiling LED lighting with conduit, and minimum four (4) 20 Amp, 120V convenience outlets with conduit - Warranty: Minimum of 20 years on the shelter.
