The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Main Office Building, Annex Building, and Conference Room Building to support the agency's mission. Work Details The contractor will provide janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal within the buildings and restrooms. Specific tasks include: - Cleaning and sanitizing all fixtures in restrooms; - Emptying trashcans and recycling containers; - Sweeping and mopping kitchen areas; - Cleaning windows bi-annually; - Providing environmentally safe cleaning supplies; - Ensuring security of premises by turning off lights and securing doors; - Reporting any issues encountered on-site; - Maintaining a neat janitorial closet; - Adhering to all applicable environmental laws. The contractor must also complete background checks for employees accessing the site during non-duty hours.
