The City of Nashua desires to engage the services of a qualified private firm to provide competitive Natural supply to the Liberty Utility accounts provided herein (See Attachment). The selected firm must be lawfully engaged as a registered Competitive Natural Gas Supplier with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission
Background The City of Nashua is seeking proposals from qualified private firms to provide competitive natural gas supply services for Liberty Utility accounts. The selected firm must be a registered Competitive Natural Gas Supplier with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. This initiative aims to ensure reliable and cost-effective natural gas supply for the City and its schools, which are currently supplied by a third-party competitive energy supplier until November 30, 2026. Work Details The contract will involve providing firm, fixed-price natural gas supply services for two separate contracts: one for the City accounts and another for the School accounts as listed in Attachment A. The total number of accounts is 55, with an estimated usage of approximately 125,921 dth. Proposals should include pricing for service periods of 12, 24, or 36 months, with an option for alternative terms. Suppliers must submit a copy of their proposed supply contract two weeks prior to the proposal due date. The pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional pass-through costs.
