Truck Caps And Decked Drawers System (SUPPLY AND INSTALL)

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the supply and installation of truck caps and decked drawers systems. This contract aims to enhance the functionality of state vehicles by equipping them with specialized storage solutions, thereby supporting the operational needs of various state agencies.

Work Details

The contract involves the supply and installation of truck caps and a decked drawers system for two (2) 2026 Ford F150 Crew Cab Short Bed Trucks. The specifications include: - ARE DCU Series Caps (or equivalent), black in color, featuring standard side rear doors, full tool boxes on both driver and passenger sides, side and rear doors with lights and auxiliary lights, and three door E-locks. - A decked drawer system and a cargo glide bracket system are also required. Vendors must provide material safety data sheets with delivery as per RSA 277-A, the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.'

Period of Performance

The project completion date is set for 90 days after receipt of the award.

Place of Performance

The delivery and installation will take place at 41 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Vendors are required to submit proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to performing any services for the State, with coverage amounts of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
