Background The Omaha VA Medical Center, part of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, is seeking a Design-Build Team to address safety deficiencies in its parking garage. The primary goal of this contract is to design and install a dry-pipe fire suppression system and anti-climb barriers that comply with Veterans Health Administration design guidelines.
