Work Details The contractor will provide various forms of infant formula (liquid concentrate, powdered, and ready-to-feed) to meet the needs of approximately 25,349 infants enrolled in the WIC program. The selected contractor must offer the lowest total net wholesale cost per month for all physical forms of a primary milk-based infant formula that complies with federal specifications outlined in 7 CFR 246.10(e)(12). The contractor is responsible for ensuring sufficient supply through authorized WIC vendors across Kentucky. Bidders must submit a Bid Price Sheet as part of their response, detailing pricing and product specifications. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be effective from October 29, 2026, with ongoing performance as needed based on WIC program requirements. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, specifically serving approximately 475 authorized WIC vendors statewide.
