Landscape and Turf Maintenance Services for Fire Stations

The City of Newport News (the City ) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the Offeror or Contractor ) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide annual landscape & turf maintenance services for eleven (11) City Fire stations and the one (1) Fire Training facility that is included as a part of Station 5. The City reserves the right to remove or add sites and/or services during the contract period(s).
