Work Details The vendor will be responsible for: 1. Brand Messaging and Creative Direction: - Development of key messages and supporting message stacks for various channels. - Regular media preparation and training for the Lieutenant Governor, including on-camera coaching. - Adaptation of messaging for print, email, web, and social platforms. - Recommendations for earned media opportunities or unique local media opportunities. - Strategic advice, planning, and guidance along with analyses of media performances. - Creation and maintenance of a database of notable media appearances and speeches. 2. Content Creation and Storytelling: - Collaborative work with the Lieutenant Governor's staff to recommend creative content or copy. - Development of multimedia storytelling content including short-form videos (30-90 seconds) and high-quality designs for various platforms. 3. Execution and Project Management: - Coordination with Office staff for approvals before publishing materials. - Project management across multiple platforms with strategic planning for messaging. 4. Copywriting and Editing: - Providing copywriting and editing services as requested for all marketing materials.
