Background The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), specifically the Office of Applied Science and Environmental Solutions (OASES) within the Applied Science and Environmental Methods Division (ASEMD), is seeking to establish a sole source fixed-priced Purchase Order for an Annual Maintenance Agreement for a MiSeq Silver Support Plan. This contract is intended to ensure the proper maintenance and support of critical laboratory equipment at the RTP EPA facility located in Durham, NC. Work Details The contract will cover specialized preventative maintenance and repair activities under the MiSeq Silver Support Plan, which includes: - Full coverage for parts, labor, and travel; - Reagent replacement upon hardware failures; - One preventative maintenance visit; - Remote technical support available 18 hours a day, 5 days a week; - A target control for on-site response within two business days; - Software and hardware updates; - On-site applications support; - Discounts on advanced training; - Remote monitoring services.
