Proposals will be received on the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the supplier portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids. A Microsoft Teams meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities.
