Additionally, the March 452 MSG Fire Department must maintain facility standards per DAFI and other specific requirements, which also include the use of rags for cleaning and HAZMAT distribution. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a rag replacement service to support these operational needs. Work Details The vendor shall provide a comprehensive rag replacement service to designated locations within March ARB. The service includes: - Providing no less than 750 clean rags and 12 lint-free towels per week with billing occurring monthly; - Removing dirty rags and towels from designated work centers in a one-for-one exchange; - Ensuring rags provided are the same color for Aircraft Maintenance and a different color for Fire Department; - Securing their own entry onto March ARB before initial delivery; - Maintaining base access for their delivery driver throughout the contract period; - Providing written quotations for all outlined requirements; - Complying with all applicable environmental regulations regarding handling, transportation, and disposal of used rags and towels; - Maintaining records of all deliveries made including date, time, location, and quantities exchanged; - Delivering to five separate locations on the same day each week to accommodate three Aircraft Maintenance squadrons and two Fire Stations; - Conducting deliveries between Tuesday and Thursday from 0700-1000 hours or 1200-1400 hours; - Providing monthly reports summarizing delivery activities including any issues encountered.
